Terms of serviceGeneral TOSIf you want changes please please let me know I want you happy with your artwork so in the sketch stage please let me know if you want it changed.

Changes to the lineart that are large like adding or removing clothing will be an extra fee to compensate for my time editing it.

I am in school and have multiple mental health conditions and other issues within my personal life. My commissions do not have a set deadline.

There is no set turn around time for a commission please be aware of this they normally average 1 - 2 months but can be longer.

Payment TOS
I take full payment up front either trough Cashapp (Preferred) or PayPal.

I do offer people a refund if a commission takes more than 2 months to complete you may ask for a refund. Depending on where I am with my commission you may have a partial refund.

I only offer refund before the line-art stage is started.
This does not apply to sketch/clean sketch commissions you may only get a refund before the first wip is shown to you.

30% of the commission is not refundable as this pays for my time communicating with you gathering references and my time drawing.

Now I may allow exceptions but those will be commission to commission and very situational.

Artwork TOS
I own all rights to the artwork.

You own the rights to use the artwork for personal use like uploading to toyhouse or printing it out for a poster for your room.

You cannot use my artwork for commercial use (not profiting on it)
Commercial rights can be bought from me.

You can add the worth of my artwork to the oc if you sell it but for no more then you paid for the artwork.
(You pay me $10 for art you can only add $10 worth to the oc not $20 etc)

You are not allowed to edit the artwork.
If the characters design has slightly changed just dm me I keep all my old art files and I will edit for you.

Removing my signature will result in you loosing the rights to my artwork.
